HSK 63A – WSD
- With the compression compensation at 0.5mm an accurate thread is maintained. This is also maintained with the 1mm compensation with the chuck is in tension.
- Internal buffer spring allows compression compensation which reduces the torque by up to 1/3.
- By reducing the torque this increases the quantity and the accuracy of the tapped hole.
- The Increase in alignment accuracy extends the life of the tap and improves thread quality.
